It seems that your copy of Google is broken, because if I search for
exactly that error message, I found out that this particular message does
not come from SpaBayes but from Outlook.

When your copy of Google works again, you can verify this with the
following query:
www.google.com/search?q=The+e-mail+address+for+this+sender+is+internal+to+your+organization+and+cannot+be+added+to+the+list

It will also show you how you can disable Outlook's built-in spam filter.
