[Spambayes] Troubles with SpamBayes

Hello,
   I have installed SpamBayes 1.1a6. My email client is Outlook Express and system is Windows XP. When I want to configure SpamBayes message "SpamBayes is not running" appears. It is impossible to start SpamBayes when I click on Start SpamByes. Please help me.
