[Spambayes] Ok... so this is confusing

So.this is getting fun.not!  SpamBayes is flagging all legitmate email as
spam.  Where/how does one tell it to not do that and that the items are
legit??  This should not be this tough!!

How does one "train" spambayes?  Do I drag items to the Junk folder created
by SpamBayes and it remembers?  What happens to the JUNK folder that gets
created by Outlook?
