That would make this SIG worthless if I can't get initial feedback here first.

And yes they are cavalier, but if someone doesn't propose something to
go then how am I supposed to know what is reasonable for it to go? My
assumptions about modules might be wrong and so proposing a removal
and having people just say "that goes too far" then that's fine.

And every removal is going to remove someone's batteries. It's a balancing act.
