[Texas] Texas Regional Conference

Howdy,
  The votes are in.  The conference will be held during the weekend of
Oct 24 and 25, 2009.  There is a mailing list setup for future
announcements and it would probably be a good idea to subscribe to that
list.  The subscription page is at:

The paperwork to request rooms is filled out and will be sent off today
or tomorrow.  When we get approval for the room, I will post another
message.
 There is also a wiki page where we keep details about the conference.
