[Texas] Review PyTexas meeting space

Howdy,
  We have an entry on the calendar to review the rooms(406 and 506) that
we will be using for PyTexas.  PyTexas will still be on Oct 24 and 25,
2009.  For those who are in the area on Sunday, Oct 18 and want to check
out the rooms for any reason, please contact me for information about
our time slot.  I want to coordinate this, so the UNTHSC security people
don't have to let a bunch of people in separately.  The building is
normally locked on the weekend.
