Yes, if someone remembers to bring a board with sticky notes.

However, there's no requirement to wait till the last minute if you
know in advance what talk you want to give. Just reserve it in advance
by editing the wiki. The wiki password is 'Texas'. If you have any
troubles editing the wiki let myself, Jeff, or Ralph know.
