[Texas] pyTexas: who's bringing what?

My wife, Bonnie, has agreed to go shopping today to buy up some of the
supplies we'll need. She's planning to pick up a large piece of stiff
posterboard for the schedule, an easel, magic markers, tape, chalk,
and some materials for making small signs (I am not sure if we will
need signs to direct people where to go inside the building).

We may need to coordinate via mobile phone on Saturday morning; let's
exchange mobile phone numbers off-list.
