[Texas] need help distributing flyers for PyTexas 2010

It is a QR Code:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_Code

Some mobile phones (including android phones and iphones) can read the 
code and extract information like URLs, contact information, event 
information, etc.  The code on the flyer points to http://pytexas.org.
