[Texas] t-shirt design "Nerdus Texicanus Pythonicus"

Kat from the DFW Python group has come up with this excellent design
for the PyTexas 2010 t-shirt. The plan is to make it a single-sided
white t-shirt, with the image done in black ink.

This is still a draft, but the design will be finalized by tomorrow morning.

This is excellent work, and I'm doubly thankful to Kat for delivering
on such short notice. I asked for it on Friday night, we voted on the
sketch at the DFW Python meeting on Satuday, and she had the image
created by midnight!
