[Texas] [dfwPython] t-shirt design "Nerdus Texicanus Pythonicus"

Thanks, Kat. I've sent those new versions to the prospective t-shirt
manufacturer, and tomorrow I'll upload them to the wiki and post a
blog entry about it.  When Nerdus Pythonicus Texana makes its splash
on Planet Python, the lure of this primo swag item will inflame the
passions of our kindred spirits...hm...where am I going with this?

Anyway, it'll be a great promotion for the conference. Everybody will
want to come to PyTexas to get the t-shirt! :-)
