It looks good enough now, I think. Also I tested and found that the
problem with the radio button vertical linking was resolved.
I think we're good to go on this survey; it's time to open it to the
public and get the word out about it! If you'll go ahead and clear
the current data, then remove the password requirement, I'll work on
the various announcements to send out over the next few days.
