[Texas] help pick O'Reilly book prizes

We've received enough feedback to provide O'Reilly with a list, but
it's not too late for you to add your 2 cents. You have till 8am
tomorrow, Tues Aug 9; at that time, I'll send the list of books to
O'Reilly.
