[Texas] PyTX?

A few weeks ago I posted to this list an idea about the benefits of
having it in early summer, but I don't think that's going to work out.
 I've been talking to potential sponsors here at PyCon and they want a
bit more lead time.

It will probably make more sense to wait till late Aug or early Sept,
to give us more time to do it right. I'd like to get a enough budget
to fly in one or two well-known Python instructors, and our schedule
may depend on their availability.
