Yes sir, you would be needed as the venue chair, unless something has
changed since we last spoke. As to the multiple chair positions, I do
agree that we need leaders in several different categories which we
could call "chairs". Let's talk about that at the meeting and see who
can commit to what. These are all volunteer positions with no formal
organization so we have a lot of flexibility in deciding how to work
together.
