[Texas] PyTexas 2012 Wiki

I don't have a technical solution here, but I WILL see Glenbot (Glen Z) in
about 30 minutes at the Houston Python meetup. He's probably already SEEN
these emails, but I can ask him if he has any particular insight to the
issue.
