[Texas] PyTexas planning at PyCon

Last year at PyCon we had some productive discussions about PyTexas
2011 planning, and it was also a great opportunity to make sponsor
contacts.

This coming Friday and Saturday are the best time to make sponsor
contacts, and those contacts will be most effective if we can provide
a date, venue, and sponsor prospectus. On those two days, the PyCon
sponsor expo hall will be open, and we can speak to quite a few
potential sponsors.

I have not heard a final decision on Austin versus College Station; is
there any chance we can get this decided before PyCon?
