[Texas] PyTexas planning at PyCon

I spoke to Adam M. and Ben L. visiting here from College Station who
said that TAMU is still available as a good free venue, but they can't
take on the chairman responsibility to organize it.

Travis Swicegood from the Austin group earlier volunteered to chair
PyTexas 2012, but so far I have not heard of a venue being selected.

Travis, it would be great if we could have a Texas Python open space
or other get together sometime during PyCon.  I am here all week for
the sprints but I'm not sure about others.

here at PyCon please let me know and I'll send you my phone number.
