[Texas] Time to Bring PyCon Back to Texas?

Here at PyCon 2013 in Santa Clara, I've been approached about whether
the Texas contingent wants to step up for a bid to host PyCon 2016 in
San Antonio.  That city was suggested because of its strong tourism
aspect as well as being the home town of Rackspace, a big Python sponsor.

Why 2016?  Because 2014 and 2015 are already locked in to be held in
Montreal, Canada.  2016/2017 is still up in the air, and as the
conference as grown, these things have to be planned well in advance.

Anyone interested in stepping up for this?  It's a big commitment and I
know hard to do so far in advance.
