Ah, thank you. This did exactly what I wanted. :)

I think I had this working at one point before the electricity went out
and I didn't have my laptop battery in. D'OH!

It does a lot. Thank you. While I was looking around the unpythonic 
wiki, I ran into a something that someone using Tcl/Tk wrote to make it 
look more like GTK+ 1.2.x. Once I applied those, it helped it look a bit 
more 'modern' for my tastes.
