I agree. Using existing subversion infrastructure is a good thing. That way, 
we don't have to worry about backups and stuff.

Me too. I think there's some confusion on what we mean here - the idea is 
_not_  to use the same tracker, but another independent tracker instance 
running on the same box. 

If the box hosting both trackers is down, it's better to tell the people 
hosting it than to add a bug to the meta tracker.

Until we get a meta tracker online, we can however still use the one on 
http://efod.se/ptt/.
