I think this depends on what you mean by 'python-based'. We touched
the topic of added support for tasks, PEPs, etc., as well as separate
trackers for other python implementations (ipython, jython, etc.).

But I don't think offering support for arbitrary Free Software projects
that happen to use python internally is on the table.
