Not that I know of.  Martin v. Löwis set it up.

On a more on-topic matter, who can create a repository for us? (A.K.A,
> who should I send the public part of my ssh key to?)


Send it to python-dev with your first and last name (gets turned into your
account name) and state why you need access.
