On windows machines I typically set up at least a minimal cygwin installation,
with ssh, svn, python, etc.
In such an environment you shouldn't see any difference as far as roundup
is concerned. (In fact I'm convinced you can install all these tools for
windows, native, too, I just prefer the command line.)
