Thanks ! I can't repeat the registration process, as I'm already
registered. What I did, though, was to create a new issue by
sending mail to the above address. That has worked, sort of.

When looking at the new issue at

http://psf.upfronthosting.co.za/roundup/meta/issue29

I see this:

ERROR reading file: msg47
Possibly a access right configuration problem.
[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/roundup/trackers/meta/db/files/msg/0/msg47'

which may be caused by the roundup-mailgw not being invoked by the right user.
