Right. Well, my suggestion contained two items:
the use of an 'online' schema to illustrate / document the tracker,
and some actual schema changes. Can I assume that people generally
agree with such a navigation help ? Having that available with the
first version of the tracker may help everybody in the discussion of
subsequent schema / lifecycle changes.

Thus, I suggest I just do the first, and we start discussing the second
once the tracker is life, and everybody who has something to say has
an account on the metatracker, so we can have the discussion there.
