[Tracker-discuss] tracker instance setup

Yes, though that discussion will probably go on for a while,
with us reinitializing the tracker with 'roundup-admin initialise'
every now and then.

Yeah, I think there is no point in adding URL redirection etc.
at this point. It could just be named 'python-dev' or somesuch.
admin mails for this tracker should go somewhere sensibly, i.e.
either this list, or to us four roundup admins.

Can you please set up such a tracker instance, and make it group-writable
for us admins ? As soon as this is done, I can cd there, replace the
relevant files with versions from the subversion repository, and
(re-)initialize the tracker so everybody can see and play with it.
