[Tracker-discuss] schema updates

My laptop is in the shop so I don't have my normal bookmakr for the meta and
test tracker URLs (which is why I have been so quiet as of late).  Can you
send them to me so I can at least spend what little computer time I do have
give it a quick look-over?
