[Tracker-discuss] 2.5.1 out the door; time to start thinking about a switch-over date

Anthony Baxter just unfroze the 2.5 maintenance branch.  That means we
should discuss a switch-over date and really lock down the transition
procedures as laid out at
http://wiki.python.org/moin/TrackerTransition .

It looks like we only have 2 urgent issues and 2 bug issues.  How long
do people think it will take to get those closed?

I am thinking we get all of the important issues closed first.  Then
we start following the transition doc (whose next step is to negotiate
a switch-over date with python-dev).
