There is no particular workflow for web site issues, so I think a
completely generic Roundup instance would be fine. A stock Trac
instance was used for a while, but it became plagued by spam and there
was no good solution except to shut off registrations -- now you'd
have to send e-mail to a person to register.
I think the population of admins and developers is different; most
Python developers do not maintain the web site, and some web admins do
not have Python commit privileges. But even a stock roundup instance
is better than a Trac instance that you can't actually register for.
