[Tracker-discuss] [issue123] Have issue ID search work from "search tracker" box

It would be nice if someone entered an issue ID into the "search tracker" box it
returned the issue with the matching ID.  I know there is a "show issue" box for
that but it is not as visible as the "search tracker" box.
