Go one month back to November and you will find the announcement of
tracker-discuss on python-dev along with some initial cross-posts.  I
honestly think most people on python-dev just don't care that much and
are just expecting to adapt.  Martin and Georg use the tracker the
most (I suspect) and they have both contributed input on all of this.
