[Tracker-discuss] [issue121] Allow re-send of misclassified ham

Currently, there's no way to resend a message/file that was initially
misclassified as spam to the qa mailinglist when the message is
reclassified as ham.

Let's deal with this if it becomes a problem, right now, it's low prio.
