I looked at that script and its approach is different from what I'd
like to accomplish. roundup-summary generates summaries which are
later sent to python-dev mailing list (like the last one:
http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-dev/2007-June/073551.html ).
This summary includes general statistics of tracker activity, like
number of new/closed issues. Currently most important information for
me - list of recently attached files - is not included there. But
that's not a problem, as I already found an example of detector-based
feed generation:

I'll build my detailed changes summary on top of this module.
