[Tracker-discuss] [issue88] add status "needs feedback"

The keyword interface might still be stupid, but let's transition
first and see how people react to it.  If it turns out people still
consider it bad, we can change it.  But at this point let's do as you
pointed out, Paul, and just get the transition done.
