Promoting the issue to "bug". I think we need _some_ spam protection before 
going into production use.

I like the proposal of rejecting submissions that arrive within 4s of form 
generation.

Another idea is to mangle the field names so that the spambot doesn't know what 
fields to enter the email address in (and add some honeypot fields for the email 
address so we know a bot has filled them).

Richard, is there anything like that already done in roundup?
