Nothing on the form side that I'm aware of - generally trackers just
require a login if spam is ever an issue.
On the email side the best thing to do would be to disallow email
access for anonymous users. If anonymous email submission is allowed
then human triage is the general method of filtering as automatic
systems are error-prone and difficult to maintain (I'm actually
unaware of anyone using the latter).
