I think it is tradition and good engineering that customization of 
roundup installations occurs in detectors and extensions. If you
have a detector that rejects certain mime-types, you just plug it in
your detectors directory, and edit the mime-types it is meant to
reject. No need to have a configuration setting.

OTOH, this detector may ship with the roundup distribution as a
sample - this is an entirely different matter.
