I added bugs.python.org as a virtual domain and report at bugs.python.org 
to forward to the current tracker.  Tested (using telnet since 
bugs.python.org has no MX record yet), created issue 1024 in the 
process, closed it.

I used the postfix smtpd_recipient_restrictions config option to lookup 
custom messages in /etc/postfix/custom.  Feel free to change the 
message, just remember to run postmap on the file again.
