Since we added Martin's all-famous 4 second patch, there have been no new spam 
added, AFAIK, so hopefully, this spamming problem is not a big problem 
anymore. The files that were mentioned in the complaint received by hetzner 
were added several days ago, before the 4 second patch.

Disabling file attachements is, if you ask me, to remove too much 
functionality.
