Your time investment is up to you. You do not need to dedicate a set
amount of time every week in order to help.
The best to get started is to read the tracker documentation at
http://wiki.python.org/moin/TrackerDocs/ . Note the link to the
meta-tracker that contains the issues related to the tracker. Also
note the link to the tracker development docs.
