If you use a non-existent bug number (e.g., 3000) in "show issue" you get a page
with a single line: "Wed Mar 19 17:10:40 2008: An error occurred. Please check
the server log for more infomation.".

That should get changed since that message suggests there was an error rather
than just an invalid issue number.
