Is it really specified to the end? I blindly copied your values - can
you please fill out the description column? It's in

http://bugs.python.org/stage

and comes up when you click the Stage link left to the field.

In addition, I think Victor still wants to provide a detector that
performs automatic stage changes, and a script that sets stage on
existing issues.
