It can be useful, but when you try to, e.g., list all issues for the
'struct' (or 'errno', or, to a lesser degree, 'socket') module it is a
PITA. Now, one of the GSoC ideas I posted was about the open issues in
the struct module, another was about issues for socket, so I may be
slightly biased here :)

I've filled a RFE that allows choosing whether to include files in
'All text' searches[1] and I think it can be pretty useful. However,
I'm not sure the UI is adequate: text input might be confusing, not
well placed, etc. Also, making 'ignore file content' option the
default is questionable, I did it mostly to have an example in the
ignore text input.
