It seems lately that no mail is sent from the tracker to the python-bugs-list
when the message is from Kristján Valur Jónsson (userid: krisvale). It's
possible there are other users causing this same behavior, but Kristján is the
first user where I noticed the problem happening consistently.

For instance, issue5646 ( http://bugs.python.org/issue5646 ) shows 8 messages,
yet only 4 made it to the list archive (
http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-bugs-list/2009-April/thread.html ).
