No, it's fine to include them (hoping you'll provide another such patch
that updates to 1.4.9 when that gets released)

For the Jython tracker, Raghuram Devarakonda should be listening,
anyway. For setuptools, we should restrict ourselves to the most
important changes only (e.g. keeping it in sync with the roundup
installation, and applying security fixes). If they want anything
else, they will let us know.
