What I see is the size of the comment box and the frames changing as I work on 
the bug.  If I just type into the comment box and submit, there's no problem. 
But if I type and then make entries in, say, the Nosy List, or switch to 
another tab to check something and come back, I see frames resizing.  When that 
happens, the comment wrapping get screwed because there are hard cr inserted.

Right now I'm using Opera 9.64 on XP Home Sp 3 and not seeing the problem 
entering this particular Issue277.  I usually use an older version of Opera on 
various Linux distros.  The key thing to look for is frames resizing. With my 
current setup, I can't make them do that.
