Due to security fixes in 1.4.8, removing files and messages and retiring users
is broken for the meta, board, jython, security, and setuptools instances. User
retiring is broken for the jobs instance. The python-dev-spambayes-integration
code is also affected, but I don't know whether there is a live instance based
on it.

The attached patch fixes these. I can easily provide one patch per instance if
it would be better.
