That's not actually true: dmalcolm *is* in the CC list of http://bugs.python.org/review/13703/show (at PyCon, we checked the Reviewer's list, which is a separate list of users in Rietveld that (I think) are the ones who made reviews).

I created issue 14477 to further experiment.
