[Tracker-discuss] [issue440] unable to log in with openid.stackexchange.com

When I use my OpenID (openid.stackexchange.com) to log into bugs.python.org, I get this message on the top of the page, and fail to get a login:

"Not authenticated (no session)"

I have not tried any other OpenID providers, but logging in normally works.
